What is a Deep Sit?
Whether you are a new or seasoned meditator, Deep Sit half-day retreats are an excellent way to deepen your meditation practice. They are also a great opportunity to explore retreat practice for the first time.
The day is structured so that if you are new you have lots of support and plenty of time to ask questions. And if you are an experienced meditator, you have time for continuous practice, to dive deep.
The atmosphere is welcoming and fun and we gather together after the retreat to eat and hang and talk about our experiences.
This retreat will be led by Janusz Welin, co-founder of the Deep Mindfulness Collective.
